Plumping Lip Balm
This balm is designed to relieve chapped and dry lips and restore the moisture back into them and protecting the lips from future dryness.
It is made with Sapogel® Q to create a rich, palm-free balm that melts onto the lips.
Natural peptides and oils hydrate and nourish the lips, while essential oils help to reverse chapping.

Method
Add phase A to a beaker.
Combine phase B in a separate beaker and heat until all solids are fully melted.
Using an overhead stirrer, add phase B to phase A very slowly over 5 minutes.
Add phase C and stir in by hand.
