Sucrathix VX is a natural rheology modifier for water. The synergistic blend of natural gums in Sucrathix have been combined to both enhance the stability and skin feel of your product.

Sucrathix VX produces a shear thinning, translucent, low viscosity gel in water which is stable to electrolytes and high temperatures. Unlike many natural water thickeners, the final gel is not sticky or tacky.

Can I create a transparent gel with Sucrathix VX?

No, unfortunately Sucrathix does not create transparent gels. The gels will create with Sucrathix will be white and cloudy in appearance.

I am creating a sprayable emulsion, can I use Sucrathix VX as the stabiliser?

Yes, Sucrathix VX is a great stabiliser for emulsions and adds a very small amount of viscosity to emulsions so is perfectly suited to make sprayable emulsions or milky serums.
