We spend a lot of time at work, so it's important to enjoy what you do. We are a bunch of like-minded people who pull together to spark ideas for formulators.

We believe that ideas come from all directions and that collaboration is the key to making those ideas happen. We treat our suppliers, partners and customers in the way that we wish to be treated - a little bit of kindness goes a long way. 

We like to change things up and move things along - there is always something we can do better. And we spend time together socially because it's important to take time to celebrate and say thank you. Plus, we like cake. A lot of cake.
