Method
Pre-mix powder in glycerine, add water and homogenise until fully combined.
Combine phase B in a separate beaker, then add to phase A and homogenise thoroughly.
Place on overhead mixer and mix at a slow speed for 20-30 minutes.
Add phase C, one ingredient at a time and stir until homogenous.
