Method
Pre-mix Luxamul® in glycerine, add water then heat to 75-80°C.
Combine phase B then heat until all solids are fully melted.
Homogenise phase A until fully combined then pour phase B into phase A while homogenising, homogenise together for several minutes.
Place on overhead mixer and mix at a slow speed until cooled to below 35°C.
Combine phase C then stir into cream.
Add phase D and stir until fully combined.
